Initiated in early June 2020 by Yale School of Art Associate Professor and Co-Director of Graduate Studies in Painting/Printmaking Meleko Mokgosi, it’s been an honor to serve as producer and host of the Antiracism Speaker Series, an ongoing series of virtual events led by Yale School of Art faculty.

Speakers so far have included UCLA Research Professor Jeffrey Prager, Northwestern Professor of History Leslie Harris, historian of American institutions and ideas and MIT professor Craig Steven Wilder, artist Dread Scott, National Field Director of the Youth First Initiative Mishi Faruqee, and educator, former political prisoner, human rights advocate, and poet Ericka Huggins.
