Detail from an internal flowchart I created to share how the calendaring feeds interact across departments.

I’m incredibly proud to have conceptualized of, pitched, and successfully integrated a complete overhaul of the Yale School of Art’s calendaring system, working with the directors and administrators of each department to develop a filterable, color-coded, and subscribable system of calendar feeds that brings events open to the whole of the School of Art community to a single page and feed (the “Community Calendar”), while keeping events closed to each of the School’s four graduate programs secured within department-specific URLs. To disseminate information about how the calendars work to solicit feedback and customizations, I also created in-depth internal resources including flowcharts and  administrative work-product.

This also included the creation of the School’s first Public Events Calendar, containing all events hosted by the Yale School of Art that are open to the public.
